A UI/UX Designer partners with our Business Development team to understand requirements and create engaging mockups. As the UI/UX Designer, you will be involved early in the software development cycle to understand personas, users needs, and use cases to deliver design assets. Based on project requirements, you may be involved in an individual project or work on multiple projects along with a project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a member of our cross-functional team, partnering with users, product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver business value
- Ability to work independently, managing schedules in a dynamic, multi-project environment
Technical Qualifications
- Experience delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, personas, and use case development
- Ability and passion to understand distinct user groups quickly and distill complex needs into clean, understandable solutions
- Familiarity and ability to promote appropriate usability testing and user research endeavors
- Familiarity with Design and Prototyping in Figma or equivalent software
- Understanding of HTML/CSS
Qualifications: Bachelor of science degree preferred. 5+ years of direct experience in UI/UX design. Available portfolio. Excellent oral and written communication skills; effective team member.
Compensation: All-inclusive rate; 1099 Subcontractor engagement.
