UI/UX Designer
Job Description
This is a large-scale IT modernization effort implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) .
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate UX & UI requirements in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and developers
- Compile and analyze research, create user flows, wireframe solutions, mockup UIs and design experiences
- Participate in transforming high-level product roadmap initiatives into robust features that fully serve the needs of our customers
- Produces high-quality UX design solutions through journey maps, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Speak with product users to find paint points in the product
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Experienced UX/CX individual industry/field experience.
- Proven experience solving complex communication problems and designing world-class experiences for large-scale programs.
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Proficiency with wireframe and visual design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team setting.
Additional Requirements:
- In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems. You must have lived in the US for the past three (3) years.
- As a Federal Contractor, employees may be required to be vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide proof of vaccination prior to the first date of employment.
- All candidates will be subject to a complete background check to include, but not limited to Criminal History, Education Verification, Professional Certification Verification, Verification of Previous Employment and Credit History.
Other Information:
- The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 annually
