Job Title: UI/UX Designer

JOB SUMMARY
Our Creative team is looking for a talented UX designer based in our Taiwan office who is experienced in software application design with an interest in gaming hardware to be a core contributor on CAM, our PC monitoring and control software. This designer will create delightful and simple designs in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customers have a seamless and highly usable experience with NZXT products. In this role, you’ll focus on meticulously designing digital and screen-based experiences for PC control and monitoring interfaces as well as creating mockups to model firmware behavior on associated hardware products and ensuring the control of those features translates easily to on-screen software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create wireframes, mockups, animations, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for CAM’s user interface as well as mockups of firmware behavior on associated hardware products.Â
- Plan and implement new designs as well as refining and adapting existing user interface designs based on team and user feedback.
- Contribute to and manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to brand identity requirements.
- Collaborate on hardware requirements and develop solutions that bring simple and accessible experiences to NZXT customers.
- Communicate cross-functionally with Design leaders and other members of the development team to understand business, product & department goals and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience working in user interface and user experience design for consumer applications, software or relevant projects.
- Knowledge and experience working with or executing design systems across a variety of interactive platforms primarily Figma.
- Knowledge and experience working on consumer-facing applications.
- Solid understanding of customer experience, branding and rich experiences supported with business goals and user insights.
Pluses/Bonus:
- Experience with animation for interaction especially using Adobe After Effects, Figma Variables or prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Solid understanding of common markup languages and technologies including HTML/CSS/Javascript and React.
- Experience executing a variety of project types including dashboards, on-board software, mobile apps or Web applications.
