About the RoleWe are looking for a UX Designer to join our team who can create experiences that our user personas love. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for Unified App Experience. You will work closely with Product, and technology teams to translate ideas to meaningful experiences and visuals whenever called for.

Responsibilities:

Seek clarity on requirements from a Product Owner when working on a task/ epic.

Build user flow charts and low fidelity wireframes that best translate the requirements.

Use the existing design system to create a high-fidelity/ mockup after the low-fidelity wireframes serve the purpose of the requirement.

Work with developers to address any inconsistencies in development, if required.Help unify the design experience of currently fragmented properties and products.

Identify areas of improvement in current UX of the app and implement solutions that make them better than the best.

Actively drive the best UX implementation for any work that you put-forth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any) is required. A Master’s degree is nice to have but not mandatory.

Should be proficient in all stages of UX Design from Research to High-fidelity designs.

Besides, high visual/ graphic skills aren’t a mandatory requirement.

Understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap etc or similar will be an added advantage in the hiring process.

2-6 years of experience in a similar role is desired.Should be proficient with at least one prototyping tool such as Figma, Adobe XD, Invision etc. We thrive on Figma.

Must have an OCD for right designs and experiences.
