Client Details:
Our client is a leading learning solutions provider specializing in innovative digital transformation. They are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will work under the leadership of the Product Manager, collaborating closely with Business Development Specialists, Solutions Consultants, UX researchers, and software engineers. In this role, the Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and refining user experiences, ensuring the platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and provides an enjoyable experience for users.
Job Responsibilities :

• Drive design problem-solving end-to-end, from identifying user needs, generating concepts to defining and creating a product and crafting how people will interact with it.
• Synthesize business, technology, user and content requirements into design concepts and set direction for the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns and mocks-up.
• Communicate design concepts and design decisions, and explain trade-offs in a compelling way to stakeholders to get buy-in.
• Work closely with lead product manager to shape the product roadmap by sharing human-centered design perspectives.
• Co-conduct research and testing with researchers.
• Review work of junior designers and provide technical guidance to improve designs.
• Where applicable, work with vendors to achieve project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in UX Design.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
• Experience with industry standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma).
• Experience working with early-stage efforts, negotiating with ambiguity and driving projects forward.
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experience crafting digital interfaces, and designing consumer-focused, app/mobile products.
• Excellent application interaction and visual design skills and a portfolio of interactive consumer-facing mobile products.
• A critical thinker and problem solver.
• Detailed, organized and display professionalism under pressure.
• Team player and able to work in cross functional and matrix teams.
