Job Description

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Project managers, engineers, and marketers, to understand project goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
• Using industry-standard design tools, translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions and facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and product performance.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions while maintaining design integrity and usability standards.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization, fostering a culture of design thinking and empathy for end-users.
• Contribute to product strategy discussions, providing design insights and recommendations based on market trends, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design and product management trends, tools, and technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team

Qualifications

Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience is required

Working days: Monday- Friday
Job Timings: 10 AM - 7:30 PM

Salary: Upto 50K / Month
