Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team. German language is nice to have in order to speak with users and collect feedback but not mandatory. 

We are the Digital Hub B2B Digital Touchpoints. We develop and run web frontends for our B2B customers, namely the B2B Customer Center and B2B Mall. Applications for this are BSP/MBSP and GK-Portal, including a number of microfrontends and SPAs like 360° Dashboard, Asset Pages, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Order Tracking.

Your responsibilities as a designer in our team include: 

• Develop customer journey designs for our B2B products, based on user feedback, technical and business requirements 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on our design system
• Design and develop reusable components for our design system 
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and other stakeholders to advocate for user needs in the creation of user stories, epics, and other user-centered documentation

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of design systems and their role in maintaining design consistency
• Proficiency in design tools (especially Figma) and UI/UX design principles 
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between design, product and development teams
• A good eye for detail and the skills to design appealing user interfaces
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities
