UI/UX Designer - Eton Digital

EtonDigital is a well-established full service web agency that builds innovative digital solutions. Our team consists of 70+ experienced IT professionals who work together on exciting projects and keep abreast of the latest trends in the IT industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated employee for the position of a UI/UX Designer that offers you the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology organisation that is shifting productivity paradigms in the software engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate ideas and design concepts
• Leading and conducting in-depth user needs research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify key user requirements.
• Defining information architecture and complex navigation systems to improve user experience.
• Advocate customer-centered design: identifying who will use the product, what they will use it for, and what value they will derive
• Successful collaboration with developers and clear two-way communication within the team to achieve alignment and project success.
• Independently communicate with clients and facilitate workshops.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and proactively introduce and integrate them into the team's design processes and workflows.
• Leading and mentoring juniors, and sharing knowledge and experiences.
• Leading the design process, applying agile methodologies, conducting workshops, and presenting.
• Estimating task timelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in the areas of web or mobile development, along with a diverse portfolio of projects that demonstrate expertise and creativity.
• Experienced with with Figma and other design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Any stage of the project is comfortable environment for you (vision, planning, execution)
• You don’t have to know how to code, but understanding of the HTML, CSS and JS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong self-management skills 
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
