AMDEX Corporation is seeking a UI/UX Designer with experience working on RPA development projects to join its team supporting our Federal government customer.

The focus of the project is to develop solutions that can be used to increase efficiency and reduce time to perform repetitive tasks. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) will be used to develop emerging business process automations technology based on the notion of software robots and artificial intelligence (AI) workers.

The solutions will automate end-to-end processes and provide the ability to handle processes having repetitive tasks to minimize manual intervention.

The UI/UX Designer will work alongside business analysts and developers and report directly to the Project Manager. Expertise in automation technologies and UIPath will play a critical role in driving automation initiatives and achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience designing UI/UX graphic interface elements
• Familiarity with RPA projects and UIPath tools

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
