Role Summary

eClerx is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to combine market research, product development, strategy, and design to create seamless user experiences for products, services, and processes. In this role you will build a bridge to the customer and create better user experiences. Your responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.
Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Collect and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, business process model and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Recognize and troubleshoot UX problems
• Generate original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Eligibility Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience of front-end architectures like Micro Frontends 
• Deep understanding of modern web applications design architecture, good API design patterns, performance and scale
• Experience in building rich web UIs using NodeJS, NextJS, React, Redux etc
• Experience with Canvas, SVG and other visualization tools/libraries
• Experience with Chart Libraries like ChartJS, HighCharts, Plotly, D3.js 
• Experience with real-time dashboards
• Strong understanding of UX design
• Experience in building Microservices using NodeJS, TypeScript, ExpressJS etc
• Experience with SQL databases preferably Oracle and Hive
• Experience with Application Resiliency, and Security
• Experience with Agile Methodologies like CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Jenkins etc
• Experience in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Jira etc.)
