We are seeking a UI/UX Engineer with a passion for perfection and a flair for creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a front-end engineering expert who can craft intuitive, seamless, and visually stunning user experiences while adhering to best practices. Key Responsibilities

Pixel-Perfect Development: Implement highly detailed and accurate front-end interfaces that match design specifications flawlessly.

Build & Optimize: Develop reusable front-end components and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital platforms.

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to modern UI/UX and development best practices.

User-Centric Focus: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure optimal user experiences.

Stay Ahead: Monitor emerging front-end technologies, design trends, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure the UI performs consistently across different browsers and devices.

Responsive Design: Build adaptive designs optimized for various screen sizes, ensuring a superior user experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to align functionality with aesthetics.

Accessibility Standards: Implement designs adhering to accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) to create inclusive interfaces.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, minification).
  • Design Tools: Ability to work seamlessly with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to translate designs into code.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every design element is implemented precisely.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience, preferably within fintech or related industries.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX engineering projects, with a focus on intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Design Tool Mastery: Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma for translating designs into functional interfaces.

Testing & Automation: Experience with browser automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress.io, and build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Babel.

Agile Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a disciplined Agile/Scrum environment.

Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create scalable solutions.

Security Awareness: Exposure to web security concepts and infrastructure tools like CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
