UI/UX Senior Manager

Location: Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, El Segundo, CA

Roles/Responsibilities

• Work closely in a multi-disciplinary team of product designers, researchers
• Create and deliver high quality visual design outcomes like UI layouts, components and supporting documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve visual design based on visual design principles and advised by analytics, insights and customer data
• Collaborate with Design leads to guide future development and direction of product's visual language
• Build wireframes, user interface design and prototypes using modern design tools
• Participate in user research and partner with internal researchers on usability testing, research and customer centric principles.
• Collaborate with other user experience designers and researchers offering advice and constructive feedback on design/usability review
• Lead, handle and mentor other UI/UX designers in the team
• Engage with clients to proactively identify areas of improving user experience.

Required Qualifications :

• proven experience as UI/UX Designer (10+ years of experience)
• Experience of creating and driving visual design strategy, deign practices and methodologies.
• Strong understanding to usability and user-centered design principles/methods
• Ability to be a UX advocate and connect with diverse collaborators.
• Effective communication of visual design solutions across roles and levels
• In depth experience as designer for enterprise software, responsive web apps, and defining in-house style guides and documenting standards.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision or equivalent
