UK - Account Coordinator

We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients.

Role of an Account Coordinator:

• Managing & motivating the workforce
• Production of accurate daily MI and rota
• Holding return to work meetings
• Communicating efficiently with our client & line manager

As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:

• Experience as a coordinator in a previous role, preferably in the staffing/recruitment agency industry
• Happy working on the shift pattern of 10:00-18:00 (any 5 out of 7 days)
• Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
• People management/supervisory experience is essential
• Flexibility in hours to support the business and attend meetings / training if required
• Excellent PC skills, both web based & Excel
