Supervision of Fund reporting cycles, including co-ordination and review of quarterly NAVs, US GAAP reconciliations and payment of distributions;
• Coordination and oversight of financial reporting process, including:

• Managing the Funds audits and liaison with auditors
• Review of IFRS financial statements
• Delivery of audit supporting documents and managing PBC lists
• Coordination with 3rd Party Administrators for delivery of Financial Statements to timetable.
• Preparation of accounting papers as appropriate
• Managing audit risk areas and ensuring controls are appropriate and adhered to
• Assistance with presentation of reports to internal stakeholders and Fund boards.

• Preparation and review of actuals vs budget reporting;
• Preparation of Fund performance reporting;
• Preparation and review of quarterly reports;
• Responsibly for maintenance of in-house accounting records and systems;
• Preparation of debt compliance certificates;

• Preparation of investor questionaries ;

• Ad hoc internal and external reporting from a wide range of stakeholders.
The Fund Accountant may also be required to assist with other projects as required by Barings from time to time.
