About the Role:
The UK Sales Director is a critical function of the Traceable sales team and is responsible for building and leading the UK business from the ground-up; including large enterprise accounts in banking, financial services and the healthcare industry. In this role, you will initiate contact with new leads and manage pipeline activities including driving deals through meetings, presentations, product demos, and POVs.
The UK Sales Director role is a unique opportunity to address the real-world security challenges facing organizations today by introducing Traceable's innovative security platform to the UK market.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will be identifying, negotiating and closing large, strategic deals within the financial services and healthcare industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer by developing strong relationships with both C-level executives and end-users of the Traceable product. We are customer obsessed.
- Execute a highly disciplined and metric-driven sales process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 3x revenue target to achieve revenue quota on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Work with channel partners in your region to drive new opportunities to the pipeline.
- Provide accurate sales forecast and activity metrics in CRM.
- Maintain a high level of relevant technical & industry knowledge.
Role Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of SaaS sales experience selling into Financial Service. Security background is a plus.
- Deep UK sales experience required.
- The ability to prospect and sell to C-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
- Consistent track record of closing strategic, six-figure deals with customers.
- Experience using MEDDPICC sales process, forecasting, and qualification methodologies.
- Prior experience in a highly dynamic, startup environment.
- Highly motivated, driven and self-directed individual with grit.
- Must be able to communicate business and technical value to all levels of management.
- Excellent communication, persuasive, and listening skills.
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
- BA/BS required.
