Job Title: UM Support Analyst/Admin

Position Type: Contract Role 

Duration: 6 months contract 

Location: Mason, OH 

Pay Rate: $22.00/Hr on W2

Job Description: 

• Brief Description of Work: administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, Filebound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members.

Specific Skills Needed:

• Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements data entry experience, familiarity with excel and office
• Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask

General Function:

• The UM Support Analyst/Admin administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, Filebound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members.
• Prior HealthFirst & Anthem prior authorization experience is a plus.
