Unarmed Security Guard

Overton Security is currently hiring for an Unarmed Security Officer in the Pleasanton area for a local business Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Patrol Type: Foot Patrol Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour paid weekly Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 0000-0830 (32 hours) Duties: • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence • Monitor perimeter fencing for any breaches or damage • Provide customer service to the general public • Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and for important occurrences. • Communicate with local fire and police, Overton Management, SOC and the customer. • Maintain a friendly demeanor towards employees, coworkers, etc… • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Experience & Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Have a current Guard Card. • Have adequate English communication skills, both oral and written • Have the ability to utilize wireless technology via mobile applications • Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards • Must have a neat and professional appearance and hygiene standards Additional Notes:This is a foot patrol position with good customer service For further information and job screening, call 800-343-1901 and ask to speak with a Recruiter.
