Responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of API partners, including digital wholesalers and technology partners
  • Work with Underwriting and Partnerships team to develop tools to enhance the underwriting process for our API partners
  • Service midterm requests for primarily SMB
  • Underwrite referral new business and renewal business within API/Partnership channel

Attributes and Qualifications 

  • Basic knowledge of the underwriting process and of casualty coverage and required forms/endorsements.
  • Self-starter, responsive, organized and ability to work well under pressure in a hyper growth environment
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated high accuracy output.
  • Strong problem solving, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
  • Ability to demonstrate planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven team player and energetic personality.
