The Uniform Coordinator collaborates with the Manager of Onboard Services and Catering for all Breeze Airways Uniforms including Pilots, Flight Attendants, Stations and Tech Ops uniform programs. The Uniform Coordinator has oversight of the Uniform Team and will partner with the Manager of Onboard Services and Director of Inflight to develop a new uniform program. This position will deliver Uniform Standards training to each new hire Flight Attendant class and is the Breeze Brand Ambassador ensuring all initiatives to drive the brand are supported and upheld. The role is instrumental in achieving industry-leading results!

Here’s what you’ll do
  • Create and deliver Uniform Standards training to new hire Flight Attendant classes
  • Ensure the uniforms of Guest-facing Team Members comply with Breeze standards and values, and provide ongoing training for each Team Member on these standards with the goal of exceeding Guest expectations
  • Coordinate with uniform business partners to ensure on-time uniform delivery, choose additional uniform items, follow up on any backordered items, and track delivery of
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders in operational departments to ensure all front-line Team Members are supported and fully uniformed in their respective roles
  • Manage expectations of Stakeholders to include schedules, project timelines, and tasks associated with projects to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Procurement to source on-trend uniform pieces which align with the Breeze brand
  • Serve as the liaison and first point of contact with the Uniform Business Partners to ensure availability of items at a competitive price point
  • Manage the receiving and delivery of Flight Attendant Uniforms including luggage
  • Establish routine meetings with the Uniform Business Partner to ensure tracking of uniform deliveries with flight attendant graduations
  • Reconcile all Uniform invoices and ensure payment in a timely manner
  • Maintain Uniform room at the BTA
  • Coordinate Special Assignment Flight Attendants (SAFA) uniform fitting schedule
  • Own, update and ensure currency of Breeze Uniform Standards – look book
  • Actively participate in recruitment and industry events
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with operational and non-operational counterparts (e.g. Guest Services, Marketing, Flight Operations, Inflight, and Tech Ops)
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Core Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you need to be successfulMinimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Current Passport or the ability to obtain one
  • Travel unrestricted to/from the United States
  • Outstanding and positive leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to organize and direct the activities of the Guest Experience representatives to ensure the delivery of industry-leading results and drive Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated independent, mature judgment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain current Breeze Airways Flight Attendant Certification
  • An intermediate understanding of all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and how they apply to daily operations
  • An understanding of a Flight Attendant’s role and responsibilities
  • Advanced understanding of policies and procedures as well as Inflight Performance
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Must be a visionary and partner with Stakeholders to ensure Breeze Uniforms stay on trend and represent our brand
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2- or 4-year degree
  • 2-4 years leading a diverse workforce
  • Knowledge of best industry practices in retail management, fashion, textiles
