Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Dental Network Development recruiters and/or Professional Services Account Executives and Network Retention Specialists. Network growth and retention, review dental network data, territories and sales requests to identify network expansion and retention opportunities, increase and strengthen our dental provider network and maximize our competitive network positions. This position is focused on process development and improvements while working with teammates to ensure strategies are implemented and goals are achieved/exceeded, and all departmental metrics are met.

Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience with dental
PPO field recruitment or 4 years experience with DHMO recruitment OR 8 years dental recruitment experience.
* Supervisory experience and/or leadership experience.

Base Pay Range$58,800.00 - $130,100.00
