CACI is currently hiring a Unity Developer (Jr level) for our Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. This position will be based onsite in Norfolk VA.

What You'll Get to Do:

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and creating innovative Unity Software Simulations for the training developed under the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning effort for the Fire Controlman Aegis (FC(A)) courses. You'll be responsible for researching, designing, and developing complex PC Simulations. You'll work closely with training analysts, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.

More About the Role:

  • Review Government Furnished Information.
  • Review all training requirements from the Instructional Designers.
  • Support design meetings with SMEs and 3D Animators.
  • Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
  • Work in a fast, dynamic environment.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BS degree and 0-3 years' experience.
  • Experience with Unity Pro.
  • Experience with Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline.
  • Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
  • Knowledge of C#, Object Oriented programming.
  • Experience with Visual Studio.
  • Experience with API development.
  • Experience with memory allocation and space optimization (Unity Profiler).
  • Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
  • Knowledge of 3D assets pipeline.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Secret or higher (US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET-level clearance from the DoD).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems.
