2023 Summer Internship Opportunities: June 5th, 2023 -August 11th, 2023

Data Engineer (remote)

How you'll CREATE:

• Closely collaborate with Data Architects & Data Engineers on application design and architecture
• Build reliable data ingestion pipelines for various projects using GCP technologies
• Partner with key members of various departments to understand their data requirements & implement them.
• Perform data analysis and data profiling on large scale datasets; prepare KPIs and identify anomalies.
• Assist in building a comprehensive data catalog and implement data governance strategies
• Address questions and concerns from downstream data consumer
• Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate issues when encountered
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Bring your VIBE:

• Currently working towards a MS, or advanced degree in a relevant program such as Computer Science, Computer • Engineering, or Data Science with a conferral date between Fall 2023 - Fall 2024; GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Interest in data and technology and want to pursue their future in data technologies
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Java, Python & SQL; Ability to write well-organized code
• Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts
• Eagerness to collaborate with others while being able to work independently
• Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
