A&R

How you'll CREATE:• Assist with administrative duties• Scheduling studio time• A&R research • Show lists • Song feedback • Other duties as assigned

E-Commerce

How you'll CREATE:

The E-commerce department manages all D2C music and merch launches, including design, production, on-site experience, and marketing. The department partners with marketing to identify opportunities to integrate merch and CRM into music releases.• Weekly Sales Reporting• Sample Management - shipping samples and maintaining system of in-house samples• Occasional presentations

Marketing

How you'll CREATE:

The Marketing department at UML oversees all marketing actions to the full roster of artists in the US & overseas.

The marketing team oversees all releases and coordinates alongside the commercial, PR and A&R teams to make sure all teams receive the correct information as well as execute the marketing timeline & plans.• Aid the marketing team in coordinating calendars as well as overseeing campaigns as well as being a support for the project managers.• Oversee the creation of marketing/product plans and oversee consumption targets as well as reviewing trends to activate.• Aid in creating presentations for artist development.

Bring your VIBE:• Avid Social Media user, profound knowledge of social media, and early adopter to new platforms• Understanding of music streaming, trends, data analysis and reporting tools.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Understanding of traditional and digital media.• Organizational and time management skills.• Teamwork skills including adaptability and collaboration• Computer proficiency and experience using all standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
