University Program Manager

What we are looking for:

Optiver is looking for a University Programs Manager to take our university attraction strategy to the next level. In this role you will work closely with our recruitment team to design programs that engage and hire the most promising talent. Your main priorities are to design and implement programming, building relationships, and serve as an early talent brand ambassador. 

What you’ll do:

• Shape and execute strategic university programs that have a positive impact on graduate hiring goals and work towards long-term vision  
• Build university-specific campus recruiting engagement strategies
• Build and implement program frameworks and execution plans to help scale strategies 
• Evaluate and drive ongoing process improvements 
• Collaborate closely with recruiting, marketing, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to deliver results 
• Identify and develop relationships with universities and relevant partners on campus (career services, student groups, professors)
• Travel to various campus events to build in-person relationship and execute planning 
• Stay current on early talent market trends, events, and opportunities 
• Serve as an Optiver ambassador via virtual and in-person events and presentations 

 What you’ll need:

• 3-5+ years in the campus recruitment space 
• Exceptional project management skills with a focus on data and desired outcomes 
• Experience managing multiple projects and driving them to successful completion
• Highly collaborative individual who has a track record of influencing without authority and managing stakeholders
• Ability to travel for program execution
