We’re looking for a recruiter to oversee the talent acquisition strategy and execution of our trading internship. IMC's growth plans are exciting and this individual will play a significant role in how we attract, select and retain top trading talent in this very competitive market.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop a talent acquisition strategy to attract, select, and close highly qualified talent

• Develop a deep understanding of IMCs culture, strategic direction, and competitors to build recruitment strategies for technical roles

• Lead structured behavioral interviews

• Act as project manager for internship & early talent ID events and work cross-functionally to build and execute programs

• Represent the IMC brand externally to top university talent and convey our unique opportunities and company culture.

• Guide sourcing team using standard and creative outlets in order to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads

• Work with individuals from RPO (augmented recruiting resources) that are responsible for high-volume top of funnel activity (resume review, initial screening)

• Create a personalized candidate experience that highlights IMC’s unique selling points

• Lead meetings with the hiring committee – coach leaders to recognize unconscious bias and consider candidate potential

• Stay “ahead of the curve” on emerging trends and the latest creative recruiting channels particularly among IMC’s competitors for talent in trading and technology.

• Maintain data integrity practices and provide data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve the recruiting process

• Maintain accurate pipeline data and share weekly metrics to highlight wins and concerns

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

• 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; experience in a growth company and fast-paced environments is a plus

• Experience recruiting for a variety of quantitative and/or technical roles

• Experience closing competitive candidates with multiple offers

• Proven ability to implement sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices

• Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and influence decisions

• A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
