Updox is seeking a Partner Operations Manager. Part business analyst, part project manager, part salesperson, the Partner Operations Manager works closely with the internal business units at Updox and counterparts at the partner organizations to ensure the operational workflows of the partnerships run smoothly and efficiently.

You have a background in healthcare information technology. Where:

Updox is located in the heart of Dublin, Ohio at Bridge Park just above Pins and 16-bit Bar and Arcade. Our collaborative, open-plan office space is filled with lots of sunshine and a talented team who are passionate about what we do and enjoy taking care of our customers. This role can be based anywhere in the United States as long as you are near a major U.S. airport, as this role will require 20-30% travel post-pandemic. You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship in order to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for general operational oversight of partner relationships, managing ongoing reporting requirements, and ensuring timely adherence to recurring deliverables both within Updox and the partner organizations, managing and maintaining the library of partner related documents including contracts, amendments, and creating and updating dashboards across a variety of platforms (Salesforce, Dropbox, Google Drive). The Partner Operations Manager will assist the business development team in meeting revenue goals by ensuring partners have access to needed sales and marketing assets, general oversight and planning of joint marketing and sales initiatives (webinars, internal/external sales awareness, trade show and conference planning), and working with internal and partner teams to ensure timely and favorable resolution of partner issues.
  • Work closely with other members of the business development team, key internal stakeholders, and partners to manage the day to day operations of the relationships and ensure escalations are surfaced and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create and maintain structured and disciplined method for document management across multiple platforms and relationships
  • Earn partner trust by providing concierge level relationship support.

Experience and Skills we are seeking:
  • 3+ years in a Project Management, Customer Service, and/or Account/Partner Management discipline in a Software environment
  • 3+ years in Digital Health Technology, with a general understanding of software, SaaS, and integration workflows
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business/functional and highly technical individuals
  • Familiarity and fluency with a broad range of healthcare IT applications (e.g. EHR, practice management, patient engagement, population health) and integration/interoperability standards and approaches
  • Familiarity and fluency with Salesforce, particularly knowledge of building reports and dashboards within the tool
  • Familiarity and fluency with basic accounting principles and the ability to use this understanding to analyze documents for trends, forecasting, and spot errors that need further investigation
  • Proficiency with business and customer productivity tools including MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce, Google Drive, Dropbox
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities and an ownership mentality to ensure awareness of and adherence to reporting obligations, partner needs, and issue resolution within both the Updox and various partner organizations
  • Resourceful and inquisitive nature with the ability to independently seek out information and create solutions outside of the norm
  • Ability to adjust approach and communication style based on a varying audience of personalities and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ability to anticipate roadblocks and proactively work to bring awareness of and minimize negative impacts of potential problems
