Urogynecologist

Job Responsibilities:

• Our practice offers a wide range of urogynecology services including medication management, office procedures, pelvic floor therapy, as well as vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries as needed.
•  Conduct thorough assessments of patients with pelvic floor disorders.
•  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
•  Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions. Clinical responsibilities will be divided between our outpatient office, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital operating room
• Act as a consultant to the other physicians within the Practice to provide clinical care to patients with pelvic floor needs.
• Champion clinical efforts to provide improved quality, safety and affordability for activities related to Urogynecology. 

Qualifications:

• Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board Certified in Urogynecology. 
• Previous experience in a Urogynecology role is preferred.
• Active Medical License in the State of Maryland/Virginia/DC is strongly preferred.

• Compensation Range: $300,000.00-$370,000.00/year
