Practice Highlights:

• Robust Patient Base: Manage an average of 25-30 patients per day.
• Diverse Procedures: Perform Ureteroscopy, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Vasectomy, Female Urology, Urodynamics, Cystoscopy, Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS), and Robotic Surgery.
• State-of-the-Art Technology: Access to Da Vinci surgical robots, Cerner EMR, and Dragon Medical dictation enhanced by Augmedix AI for seamless workflow.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Minimal Call: Light and infrequent (10 days per month) for exceptional work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $575,000 annual base, with significant additional earning potential.
• Generous Bonuses: $40,000 signing bonus and performance-based metric incentives.
• Extra Call Pay: Additional compensation for calls exceeding 5 days per month, with enhanced rates for extended call coverage and increases in year two and beyond.
