Become a part of our well-rounded skilled specialist team at a 402-bed hospital. This is an employed position in Odessa, Texas with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation based on the schedule you choose.

Schedule:

• Flexibility to choose what you want
• We offer 2 different scheduling options, including:
  • Outpatient Only
  • Mixture of Inpatient/Outpatient
• Minimal Call: 1day/week, 1 weekend/month

Equipment/Support Staff:

• Full general and robotic capabilities
• 1 Clinical for every 10 patients/day
  • MA's, other support staff available

Compensation:

• You have the ability to earn:
  • $710K base + wRVU's for inpatient/outpatient role
  • Retention Bonus
  • Sign-on and Relocation
