•  4-day work week with no call

•  Highly experienced Urology APP and with multiple LPN's and MA's

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Salary guarantee in the $650K+ range with ability to transition into production model at your discretion
•  Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
