About the role
Rokt is looking for an experienced, strategic, collaborative, and proactive B2B (B2B tech experience required) Brand Marketing leader to join our Marketing Team. The Brand Marketing Director will focus on designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs to accelerate brand awareness, support Roktās pipeline growth and elevate our client experience. Impeccable communication skills is a must for this role along with strong project management skills, being detail oriented and deadline driven with a creative mind. This candidate will be Roktās brand marketing expert, with a focus on growing awareness for the brand and increasing consideration of Roktās products.
Responsibilities
The success of this role will be measured by Roktās brand strength being able to be linked to new revenue, i.e closing of key deals in the pipeline.
- Responsible for marketing strategy across all brand touch points to grow awareness and relevancy; as well as customer acquisition and customer retention
- Thought leadership/execution in developing short and long term strategic roadmaps for brand marketing and sponsorship projects
- Creation and implementation of brand experiences in digital and direct channels that engage clients and excite prospects.
- Partner with the business development and customers success team to create bespoke strategies to build and optimize key prospect and client relationships
- Partner with internal brand stakeholders to align 360 brand communication, management, and strategies with the Global team.
- Analytical & data driven to determine gaps and opportunities
- Develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns inclusive of public relations, events, gifting, content/thought leadership, etc. that effectively reach our target audiences
- Manage and grow brand activations including key sponsorships and events ensuring that Rokt remains highly visible and relevant to our key target audience
- Translate brand strategies into campaign and project briefs that encourage and inform cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee the production and distribution of all marketing materials from regions to the US and vice-versa
- Manage priorities, develop effective processes, and partner with leaders across all levels to drive cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Allocate resources and manage deadlines to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and within budget
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B tech brand marketing
- Portray a keen interest and ability to push the boundaries in brand marketing by constantly looking for opportunities to improve deliverables, experiences, and desired outcomes
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while working with tight deadlines
- Possess exceptional leadership skills, being able to move and inspire a cross-functional team and guide it towards a unified objective and with a unified vision
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to motivated and foster talent
- Ability to unite key colleagues and external partners by gaining trust through demonstrated expertise.
- Digitally savvy, with marketing knowledge across media ā digital, social, print, OOH.
- Experience working with agency partners and collaborating with internal teams globally and across business groups.
- Some travel may be required

Compensation: $185,000 - $205,000/ year + equity + (great) benefits!
