Account Services (AS) Delivery Leader owns the end-to-end customer experience across all portfolios and businesses, and successful delivery execution of HPE Pointnext Services for customers in their respective geographic or segmented area. They are responsible for the management and operational performance of the Account Services delivery teams, made of team members both direct reporting and functionally aligned. By ensuring their district Delivery Managers are driving the strategic customer centred focused account management.
Management Level Definition:
This is a Director Level position reporting directly to the North America Account Services Leader. They will work closely with Sales and Pursuit teams, the Strategy Planning & Operations Leader, the Global Delivery Center, and the Global Remote Support and Supply Chain leaders to ensure alignment to global strategy and teaming for customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Manages, monitors, and governs all account management to ensure value realization, including but not limited to: financial performance; relationship management, delivery to contracted scope; operations and human capital management
- Drives optimal adherence to our Labour Strategy and Work Placement guidelines to deliver workforce transformation and overall margin improvement
- Manages workforce: including accountability for employee engagement, satisfaction, training/development, and delivery readiness. Assures compliance with the company and customer's HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies, and processes
- Executes coaching, mentoring and career path initiatives to enhance workforce strength and develops plans to support career progression and the retention of talent.
- Partners with other business leaders to ensure successful transition to support and management of new deals
- To ensure teams deliver to the expected customer value through the term of the contract, thus enabling successful contract renewals.

- Maintains visibility of sales funnel, ensuring delivery readiness across accounts
- Ensures teams are leveraging the tools and methods of customer focused account leadership to drive high team performance, customer perceived quality, and ongoing account governance
- Engage people leaders and team members to coach, build trust and improve employee experience
Education and Experience Required:
- Typically, 8+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management Established management background of high-level individual contributors (leading teams).
- Typically, first level and advanced level university degree preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- High market knowledge. Need broad knowledge competitive market dynamics, business models, business strategies and processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of corporate organization, culture and policies, cross functional roles and objectives.
- Skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving, managing individual and team productivity and dynamics, and excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Crisis and conflict management
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change across functions; highly developed program management and change management.
- Management by influence with international, multi-cultural, virtual teams, and on a senior management level.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills: verbal, written & presentation with the capability to represent the company at external customer & industry events
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
