Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various IT roles across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within the stipulated timelines.
Perform initial screening of candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with candidates.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring processes and policies.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruitment activities.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of US job market, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, etc.).
Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill IT roles.
Familiarity with VMS systems like Beeline or Fieldglass.
Strong networking skills within the IT industry
