Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (On-site)
Type: Full-time

Requirements:
-- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in US IT recruitment and client account management.
-- Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing key client accounts within the IT staffing industry.
-- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technical skill sets, and emerging technologies.
-- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-- Ability to manage multiple clients and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
-- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
-- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
-- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
