As a Sales Development Representative on the new logo or expansion team, you will be responsible for researching companies and individuals, identifying potential opportunities, and getting new prospects excited about Workato and automation! There’s no need to have a technical background or know much about automation yet. But bonus points if you are someone who loves to think, “how can this be done more efficiently” or “how can I do less things I don’t care about, so I can do more of what I love”.
RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsExperience in a fast-paced customer-facing role or completion of college sales certification (Prioritize customers).
Experience as an SDR is a plus (Prioritize customers).
Experience working in a team environment a plus (Win together).
Proficient in writing, particularly in business writing style.
Comfortable speaking to executives in C-Suite and below.
Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach and Orum a plus.
Passion for a sales career.
Motivated by clear structure and goal attainment.
Resilient and able to overcome adversity and rejection.
Curiosity for business innovation and technology.
Positive mindset and someone who views the glass half full (Think ahead).
Customer-first mindset (Prioritize customers).
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in situations where you will think on your feet (Act now).
