Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operation of the plant, familiar with battery plant management, production line construction, production management experience
• You will be ramping up a new plant and focusing on capacity and yield rate to ensure success and efficiency.
• This position will be at an as yet to be determined location in the Midwest or Southeast.
• Familiar with procurement execution, on-site quality management equipment maintenance, equipment pass-through rate improvement, OEE improvement, quality control
• familiar with the battery safety production norms, logistics storage norms, familiar with the battery industry supply chain
• Be familiar with plant operating IT systems.

Job Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in industrial plants or new energy industries, at least 5 years of administrative experience
• You should have experience ramping up a new plant from the start and experience with battery technologies.
• This role can be remote but would require at least 50% travel to various sites to ensure effectiveness.
• Successful management experience in manufacturing plants ideally with at least 2,000 employees
• With a global pattern and global management vision, fluent in English, China's business vision will be a good addition;
• Bachelor's degree, automotive, industrial or business-related majors
• English can be used as a working language, while familiarity with the new energy industry is preferred.
