Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and driving growth of a needle-free, single-use, sterile
device that temporarily attaches to a peripheral IV catheter to collect a fresh venous sample. This Senior Marketing
Manager, will also continue to help drive an overall blood draw strategy for US MDS .

Responsibilities
This individual will be accountable for:
- Supporting overall blood draw value offer including a MDS/BDX campaign and associated services
- Developing and executing against annual / strategic marketing plan for the product franchise and blood draw overall
- Launch of a new line of integrated IV catheters compatible with PIVO
- Developing and Championing Market Shaping Initiatives including establishing a base of Advisors and KOL's network
- Collaborating closely with the sales force to drive growth
- Managing product financial performance and forecast for quarterly projections
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to appropriately forecast incoming demand
- Collaborating with other marketing partners to develop integrated marketing plans/ campaigns
- Effectively partnering and collaborating with Global marketing partners and other cross functions (i.e. R&D,
- Clinical, Medical Affairs etc) to ensure development and execution of comprehensive marketing and product strategy.
- Demonstrating Strategic Marketing Acumen with proven ability to conduct through market assessment driving to clear strategic recommendations.
- Manage Associate Product Manager assigned to the peripheral line draw project, developing key skills for future marketing roles

Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in medical device industry preferred, but not necessary.
- Solid business acumen and knowledge of clinical market environment.
- Familiarity with blood collection devices, blood sampling and diagnostic testing preferred
- Experience in upstream (new product development) and downstream (demand generation) marketing role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.
- Strong knowledge of working in a B2B environment; understanding of healthcare industry; exposure to cross functional processes / requirements
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to help formulate and implement marketing and product strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans, and deliver results.
- Experienced in Market Shaping
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast -paced environment with very little supervision. Resourcefulness and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities are keys.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Customers, advisory boards etc
- Creative out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious, stays current on new trends, and takes calculated risks with novel ideas.

- Ability to travel ~10 - 20% of the time for customer engagements
