The Opportunity
As part of the Strategic Change and Transformation team you will support a large enterprise software implementation driving execution discipline and maintaining program controls. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain elevated standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex issues while maintaining program controls
- Mentor junior team members and promote exemplary standards of work
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee program reporting risk management and financial tracking
- Work with leadership to align project objectives with strategic goals
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and open communication
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology Organizational Behavior Studies Business Administration/Management
- At least 3 years of experience supporting large transformations software implementation PMO or program management initiatives

- Applying advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

The salary range for this position is: $55000 - $151470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55000 - $187000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills experience qualifications and location and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
