The Senior Associate will manage software product developments drive execution in large transformations mentor juniors and ensure program reporting and risk management aligns with strategic objectives.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology Organizational Behavior Studies Business Administration/Management
- At least 3 years of experience supporting large transformations software implementation PMO or program management initiatives

The salary range for this position is: $55000 - $151470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55000 - $187000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills experience qualifications and location and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
