US Treasury Settlement Associate (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a U.S. Treasury Settlement Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be primarily responsible for providing operations support to the U.S. Treasury debt markets on Fedwire to ensure accurate and timely settlements.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Support Fedwire settlement functions for US Treasury, Agency, and Mortgage Back Securities (MBS)
• Utilize world class Broadridge tools such as Impact, BEES, and BPS to maintain client books, records and reporting
• Work on trade settlement exceptions by partnering with your team and outside counterparts to resolve timely and accurately
• Perform general reconciliation activities
• Escalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to higher-level management, when necessary
• Keep client apprised of transactional status
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow all procedures maintaining firms stated internal controls and regulatory compliance
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• College Degree; preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other financial discipline
• Detail oriented and willing to learn about US Treasury debt market operations
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Quick Learner that can adapt to a growing business
• Strong customer service orientation #LI-PS1
