Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Campus, Talent Acquisition Operations, Brand & Insights to join us in a global role within our Talent Acquisition team. This systems and analytics-oriented leadership role is an excellent opportunity for an analytically oriented individual with experience rolling out new systems, driving analytics and branding initiatives, and developing and implementing campus/ intern recruiting programs. The successful individual will enjoy working in a high-growth organization, pivoting between different types of work, driving the implementation of initiatives and simultaneously providing outstanding strategy and direction to the Talent Acquisition teams globally.Â

In this critical role, you will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team in developing a highly effective long-term strategy to ensure that we build effective and targeted campus programs to recruit early talent into critical areas of the business, as well as with the talent acquisition partners to actively improve our systems, branding, and analytics globally. This position will have four direct reports that drive program initiatives (3 Program Leaders) and a Manager of TA Ops that will lead systems/process initiative as well as a team of 4 talent acquisition coordinators.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee regular activity reports and visualizations to assist management in tracking and monitoring recruitment metrics, including requisition approvals, monitoring of all live roles and ATS functionality. Â
- Leadership for ad-hoc projects that improve Recruiter capability, systems and tools selection, including candidate engagement systems
- Developing and rolling out branding efforts on a global basis in collaboration with our global brand team.
- Building locally effective full-time and internship campus programs, with a focus on attracting top early talent to critical areas of the business, most notably in our EMEA and NOAM regions. Developing branding efforts for on-campus use, researching and developing relationships with key campus careers offices to build Lightspeed brand exposure on campus, coordinate on-campus calendar and target events to maximise effective campus recruiting efforts in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team and functional leads.
- Educating hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team on the strategic benefits, and process of campus hiring efforts and obtaining buy-in from functional leaders on all aspects of campus recruiting, since this will be a new focus for many areas of the business.Â
- Collaborating with the Recruitment team and cross-functionally with our HR and Finance teams, providing support and expertise in areas of campus recruiting, branding, systems, and talent analytics.
- Establish, communicate, and measure performance objectives for the TA Ops team.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team of direct reports.
What you need to bring:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading strategic Talent Acquisition programs including standing up successful campus recruiting programs, employer branding, and establishing strategic recruiting data insights
- Proven ability to develop relationships with campus careers offices and deep knowledge of targeted campus recruiting efforts, events and strategy.
- Experience with Workday reporting and comfort building reports and exporting data from WorkdayÂ
- Thorough understanding of recruiting processes and analyzing success metricsÂ
- Discretion and maintaining confidentiality are required and expected in this role
- Superior organization and prioritization skills, ability to manage your time effectively - navigating multiple tasks across different teams and internal stakeholders simultaneously whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior experience managing and developing other Talent team members required
- Comfort and demonstrated ability to switch gears rapidly, troubleshoot last-minute changes, and staying calm under pressureÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
