Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Manager, Production training will be lead all production training efforts and activities at our Central Fulfillment Center in Carrollton, TX. As a member of the leadership team onsite, we are looking for someone who can transform long-term strategies into action and can lead others with a servant leadership attitude.

About the team:

• This is a supervisory position and will have a team of 4-5 associates. You will report directly to the Home Office but have peers in similar positions at 4 other locations.

What you'll do:

• In partnership with our global vendor, you will manage the initial training for all Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians on core Central Fulfillment operations at our Carrollton site
• Manage training records on Standard Operating Procedures for all associates
• Provide expertise on core training process enhancements

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications...

Currently a pharmacy technician or experience working as a pharmacy technician, AND experience training, facilitating learning, or related experience. Experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy.
