US&C Agency Solutions Partner, Uber Advertising

About the Role
The Agency Team focuses on enabling and empowering agencies to excel across Uber Advertising's platform in service to our mutual advertisers. You will have direct input and impact, both internally and externally as we achieve surpass goals set for the business.
You will be responsible for supporting the Agency Team operationally as we further mature our practice internally and accelerate our presence externally amongst top holding companies.
- Establish Uber Advertising as an indispensable partner to the largest agency holding companies
- Contribute to strategic, long-term partnerships with our agency partners
- Operate as a cross-functional partner with product, operations, sales, marketing and measurement to plan and execute the Agency Team's go-to market strategy and track performance
What You'll Do
- Become a product expert on Uber's advertising solutions, existing and new, in order to help agencies deliver their best work for our mutual advertisers
- Develop and/or support processes for scaled education, training and/or communication to agencies (office hours, etc.)
- Establish and maintain processes for revenue tracking and attainment
- Contribute to content development, narratives, and materials for agencies
- Support all aspects of agency joint-business-plans and partnerships (go-to-market playbooks, support with managing deal-points internally, etc.)
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and establish solutions
- Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your broader teammates when the need arises
Basic Qualitications
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Experience with advertising sales
- Experience working at or with agency or platform/ publisher (sales, product marketing, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record as a critical partner in building and maintaining a multi-million dollar advertising business

- Product proficiency and communication skills
- Excellent account/project management and organizational skills
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
- Previous experience working with agencies to support partnership plans and grow business
- Previous experience working as cross-functional partner on go-to-market opportunities (sales, product, marketing, measurement)
- Can easily manage data to understand insights and performance, and make recommendations from findings
- You're an advocate for progress, you lean into diversity and have extended yourself to advance our industry
- You demonstrate a passion for leading and motivating others
- You are a trust-builder who leads with respect of others in the business
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$98,000 per year - USD$109,000 per year.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
