The User Education Specialist I is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities that support the training of our products’ end users. We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, the ability to think on their feet, and a keen interest in the health & human services space. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a passion for delivering engaging virtual and/or live trainings. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Deliver standard webinar trainings for our software’s end users and internal teammates. 
• Monitor e-learning content and provide guidance on required updates, areas of improvement, and/or the creation of additional content as needed
• Create and develop training scenarios and update comprehensive training environment resources to ensure that systems training mimics the production environment systems tools used by users and employees on a daily basis.
• Support training needs of low/small revenue customers during contract implementation, as needed
• Review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed curriculums and recommend changes to policies and procedures, as applicable.

What’s Required:

• Experience leading dynamic training sessions or presentations (in person or virtual) 
• Experience with public speaking, facilitation and representation skills
• Ability to self-manage workload against multiple competing priorities and deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (emails, Word documents, presentations, etc.), including experience working with technical and business audiences, familiarity with Intercom or other support channels and practices
• Experience using technology and/or learning new technology systems
• Some experience with authoring tools and/or learning management systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with multiple functional areas such as implementation, account management, and marketing
• Exceptional customer service skills and focus on quality

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is remote, U.S. based
• The target pay range for this role is: $60,000- $65,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
• This position may require 5% travel
