User Enablement and Training Specialist- Customer Success

The Role:Â
Our User Enablement and Training Specialist will own the user documentation and enablement for CS and the end users of Aisera.
Remote or in-office - Working hours are primarily PST.
Responsibilities:
- Own the user documentation program for Aisera (i.e. create user manuals for end users so they can use the system as intended)
- Work closely with Product and Marketing to gain knowledge about the system in order to effectively fulfill job responsibilities
- Create a training program for onboarding internal Aisera CS employees.Â
- Create a training program for onboarding Aisera customers and train them. Â
- Work closely with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to: understand customer needs and adapt training and user documentation as necessary
- Ideally be able to setup a customer portal for training documents
- Use videos, video snippets, and interactive media to make trainings effective
- Own QA’ing of documentation and training programs
- In the near future build certification program
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of combined experience in product enablement, sales engineering and customer success with B2B SaaS companies
- Proven program management skills
- Ability to design and deliver curriculum
- Familiarity with AI/ML and related technologies
- Experience with IT, IT Automation, and Technical Support systems
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for training delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Startup experience
- Enterprise SaaS experience
- Experience with ITSM and RPA is a plus
- Technical writing skills are a plus
