We are currently seeking a User Engagement Lead to join our team in Washington (REMOTE), District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

NTT DATA is currently seeking to hire an User Engagement Lead.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing end-user support model, including training, communications, change management, user surveys, and adoption strategies
• Minimum 8 years of experience working with the software product and understanding how business processes and challenges may impact user adoption
• Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and conducting user acceptance testing
• Minimum 8 years of experience in conducting user feedback sessions, documenting lessons learned and working closely with the development team for enhancements
• Undergraduate degree in IT discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing a training plan and developing interactive training materials -- storyboards, scripts preferred
• Experience in designing, facilitating, and planning in-person and virtual training sessions preferred.
• Knowledge of USAID business and international development experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
