Job description

Your Title: Product Manager

Location: Chennai

What you will do:

As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the vision and strategy for our product line. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market, ensuring they align with customer needs and our company's objectives. Your expertise in market research, user experience, and product lifecycle management will drive the success of our products from conception to launch.

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Oversee and support product-related marketing activities.

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role, including product lifecycle management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in research with a knack for integrating new information into compelling analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to conduct interviews, customer visits, and attend trade shows.
  • Communication skills for presentations and active listening.
  • CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.com.
