• Translate user and business needs and technical capabilities into dynamic and innovative products that provide the best possible user experience

• Develop workflows, interaction flows, wireframes, and user experience prototypes

• Participate in user research and usability testing to help improve the product through every stage of the product lifecycle

• Apply the best design aesthetics under tight deadlines, while effectively managing value between business needs and customer benefit

• Design visually rich, user-friendly interfaces that scale across all products

• Deliver visual concepts, comps, and other graphical assets

• Contribute to user experience standards, guidelines, and requirements within the product development process

• Work openly and collaboratively with other user experience team members and cross functional groups

• Measure the effectiveness of existing user experience / workflow and identify areas needing improvement using data collected by analytics tools such as Pendo

• Minimum 2 years of experience in User Experience Design

• BA/BS in Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Human Factors, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of design guidelines, best practices, and standards for web and mobile applications

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills

• Mastery of design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch, and Axure
