What you bring
  • Ideally 3 years Customer Success and Customer Enablement experience within a product or tech environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and obsessed with the customer journey and customer advocacy.
  • Experiences gained in customer support in a fast scaling organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
  • Naturally persistent, kind, and patient.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
Practicals
  • You'll report to: A manager in User Happiness
  • Direct reports: None
  • Team: Customer Experience - User Happiness
  • Location: You need to be in Brazil, Costa Rica, and Colombia to apply. The User Happiness is need of coverage in this region.
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Because of the nature of its work, our User Happiness team is the exception to our ‘working async’ norm. In order for us to be able to help out the users of our platform as efficiently as possible, the User Happiness team members have to follow a pre-defined schedule, that nonetheless doesn’t vary too much from typical office hours in their part of the world.

We work async at Remote which means you can plan your schedule around your life (and not around meetings). Read more at remote.com/async.
