User Interface Designer for HVAC Systems- Entry Level

Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic, intuitive, and visually compelling graphical user interfaces for HVAC control systems using industry-standard tools and platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing user interaction and system visibility for BMS operations. Primary Duties: - Design and develop graphical user interface screens for HVAC systems using: • Tridium Niagara • Adobe Photoshop • Microsoft Visio - Ensure screens effectively reflect real-time system data and functionality. Additional Duties: - Collaborate with internal teams to implement and refine graphical displays. - Assist in system setup tasks such as: • Point naming • Data trending • Alarm configuration • Support coordination efforts across project phases. Preferred Qualifications: • Proficient in computer use and standard software tools. • Experience working with Visio, Distech and Facility Explorer platforms. • Familiarity with HVAC Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation workflows.
