UTSA Dining Marketing Intern

Job Description

• Gather social media content at UTSA Dining events to promote on social media accounts (Reels, photos, videos, etc.)
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Help the marketing team in hosting events, tabling?s and other promotional activities.
• Assist in creating marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Prepare promotional and advertising materials (e.g. flyers, posters, tv graphics, social media graphics).
• Help distribute marketing materials throughout campus.

Job Responsibilities

• Flexible work schedule.
• Availability to work and attend UTSA games or events on evenings or weekends.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Experience with content creation platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Experience in photography and film.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Hardworking and dedicated mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

? Previous custodial experience preferred
? Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
? Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
